I handed my keys over to Cornerstone and it's been the best thing I could have done. It really has genuinely made me a 'passive' landlord - which I need as I'm a carer for my elderly Mum and no longer have the time to manage my flat, tenancies and attend to maintenance that I used to pride myself on. I really would recommend this sort of tenancy to anyone with a suitable property. I will buy future flats with Cornerstone running the tenancies in mind.
